That looks like a proper Ti-Sports factory job.
Until a few years ago, Ti-Sports would add a disc mount to one of their older frames if you sent the frame to them.
I saw one somewhere (MTBR?) that they did for $100USD. It looked just like that one - 2 small tabs for the ISO mount, rather than 1 long disc tab. Plus, the seller says the frame came from a Kona employee.
Too big for me, though. And no overseas postage.
