Na, they are 700s. I get the same effect on my road bikes. Nice find Guybe. I would've bought that if I didn't already have my gates.

Yeah, it's built for 650c rims (triathlon bike - from the Multisport range) but the owner's put 26" (559mm) wheels in. I did the same on a friend's Cannondale, but they don't look out of place on her 47cm frame...
'Dale made 27" frames BITD, but I don't think they came with 650c wheels...

I had an R700 in black with 650c wheels..........23 inch..........i liked the smaller wheels a lot.........
