Wanted - Early 90's Kona bottom bracket grease nipple

Has anybody replaced their bottom bracket for a sealed unit and removed the grease nipple from the bottom bracket shell/cable guide?
I'm looking for and struggling to find the right nipple along with its spacer to fit mine.
I believe it is a 1/4" unf thread, plenty available on ebay etc but not the right length with the spacer required to keep the cable guide tight and in place.
Spacer is about 6mm long with an internal diameter to take the 1/4" thread, outside diameter is roughly 9mm.
Anybody got one in their spares or know of a source?
Thanks.

Re:

Like these.... for info. Note there are two different types of spacers, depending on whether it sits atop the BB cable guide or goes through it.

spanner size required = 8 mm
Total length = 25 mm
shank + threaded portion = 16 mm
shank length = 7 mm
shank OD = 6.2 mm
spacer OD = 9 mm
long spacer = 5.1 mm
short spacer = 3 mm

I don't know what the thread is, but it isn't M6. 1/4" seems logical.

Re:

Yep,
The one on the left is the one.
That is the same as my original '92 Kilauea, assume it would be the same for a '92 explosif?
From memory the cable guide is a YP1, only one hole, no other bolt holding it in place.

(Memory isn't what it once was! Cable guide is YF-007)

Many thanks to member 'wicket' who has sorted me out a grease nipple.
Still looking for a spacer, either length will do. (3 or 5.1mm from above)
Here's hoping.
