Is this still on? Whats the plan? I might be able to make it

Aye, we’re still on.
Starting at mine just outside Carnoustie. 9 for 9.30 start.
Very mixed, all surface ride. Road, farm track, singletrack, and maybe some actual gravel.

Cake stop (or two) that will actually be open this time.
Mileage depending on progress. First part of route pretty fixed but scope to vary second half as necessary.
Different route to last time, although we may revisit certain trails. Write up from last time.

Brian can't make it but I will bring a tiny tube with me in his memory :)
We also found before he went back to Aus that the tube he gave me to replace my 1X1 I gave him was also 20 inch :)

I was dropping a hint about the appropriate size wheel for you... :)

(Jamie's seen my organised boxes of tubes organised by size and type)

Re:

My biggest issue is choosing a bike.............for precisely the opposite reasons that I used to have. I have now got very few bikes and increasingly it looks like my girlfriends hybrid is the only thing suitable

Re:

Anything is suitable Velo :)
I'm still trying to decide which bike to use too... it'll probably be whichever one is not in a thousand pieces on the day
