This bike was (sadly) subject to the cull before I moved from the east coast to the west, but I'd still like to give it a proper thread. Pretty fantastic ride from one of Japan's masters, and in a beautiful metallic rose finish.

....I shoulda kept this one...

Very fine bike. Yes, not so wise to let it go I am afraid. I understand the pain. Are the 3Rensho's very rare in the US? Overhere you don't have them.

So nice, particularly the aero shifters. Yellow and pink work great together!

I concur with Melvin - not a bike to give up.
I couldn't find one and bought a Bridgestone RB-1 instead.

Haha--- I know, I know.

But I had to thin the herd. This and Merckx were the first to go.....but I ended up saying goodbye to some MTBs too (Salsa Ala Carte, two Brave Warriors, a Fisher Mt Tam, a couple Yo Eddys, etc). Alas!

3Rensho are beautiful bikes though. I'd happily pick one up again. To Melvin, they are not all that uncommon. Yellow Jersey imported a fair number through the 80s.

I had a metallic blue 3rensho which was just too damn small for me so I sold it.

What's the little tea bag under the seat?
