For Sale - Rudge Bicycles Glass and Metal Illuminated Sign. My understanding is that the company ceased trading in 1939 so the sign must be earlier than that. It is need of a bit of TLC, the metal is a bit rusty and there is a crack to the glass on the left hand side which I have shown in the photos. The sign is designed to be illuminated and at some point someone has changed the electrics to accept a small fluorescent tube but I really dont know what the state of play is with the illumination.
