Just got this back from Argos so I've now got that warm fuzzy felling you get (or maybe thats just me) before you start building it up. It was given to me by a very nice chap who had it hanging in his garage for about 20 years so it looked a little worse for wear. As far as he knew it was bought by a friend of his new in the early/mid seveties. I tried to get in touch with Witcome to verify the serial numbers but they seem to have vanished. Apparently moving from london to wales but I reckon they have got lost enroute. I've had the lugs altered to take a modern groupset but I intend to keep the whole bikes aesthetics looking retro.
