Campag aero bottles

I've seen a big and small version, the aero craze was about 1982, 83. My 83 gran course has one that has been on it since it was put together. Is there any info on velobase?
 
To answer my own question, on velobase there is a 500ml one with script and and 900ml one with the shield logo. Can't nail down the date of production.

What is the going rate for these?

Seems there are a few on eBay for £100+ ... is that true? do they sell at that price?
