Hi, can anyone help identifying this road frame if possible.
I can't find any serial numbers, I just have photo's of the lugwork if these help, it is Columbus tubing and has vertical drop outs. Thanks

I remember Mercian had similar lugs on a couple of there frames but unsure of the model...........

Looks a lot like a Mercian Strada Speciale with the clover lugs, but the fork crown is putting me off a bit though. English bottom bracket, like hamster asks?
 
I thought about the Mercian Strada Speciale but the clover leaf cutouts are usually a bit bigger on the Mercian and the seat stays are usually shot in.
