Not sure if anyone else has solved this problem but what do people do about cleaning tarnished eyelets in wheel rims.
I have several wheel building projects underway and although old alloy tubular rims usually polish up well, it is hard to get the end result looking like new when the eyelets are tarnished/rusty.
Has anyone found a source of new eyelets that would allow you to drill out the old ones and refit new ones?
