Hi Chaps, anybody out there have any pics of their Curve C3 Cantis in action, I just need a pic for reference as to what side the red alloy spring holder sits? I think its frontside but cant work out how the spring would then sit..

Unsure..

This is a bad photo but I think you can at least see how the nut sits on the rear brakes:

my curve cantis have the name inked on ,not a sticker,
is the pic an earlier model?

I think the version made for Kona was cheaper but i'm not sure. They're on a '96 Kona.
 
Has anyone got any top tips for setting these curve cantis up? I tried last night for an hour and ending up getting very p1ssed off..... or is it simply that they are sh1t???
 
You have to hold the red nut stationary with the correct amount of tension on the spring, which is not very much or else you'll knacker the spring then tighten the allen key bolt. Have the block already lined up with the wheel before doing this
