Woohoo...Shifter mounts!

Dear Retrophiles

I recently treated my Scott Superlite to some XT up-grades but the shifters were bolted on to a set of levers.

No problem I thought I’ve got some of them there shifter mounts / hangers on the STX-RC units I’m replacing…

So it turns out the mounts aren’t universal, or at least don’t seem to be.

Where oh where can they be procured?

Believe the shifters are of the M095 variety.

Please help.

From memory, you can get the old M095 to fit the STX mount by drilling out the lumpy guide bit sticking out of the mount.

The small guide holes are in the right place for you but in the top of the STX shifter there is a recessed part - that is the bit that stops the M095 going straight on.

Here is my "after" pic to the "before" pic from above. It is sufficient to only drill the holes on both outsides. The other 2 holes on each clamp will fit just fine.
