The Hammerhead is a bar/stem combo from Grove Innovations. Steel construction with very neat welds. Comes with seperate double quill adapter. Quality wet paint, not rarely in very flamboyant colours. Ergonomic sweep on both ends of the bar.
The heat-treated variation of the Hammerhead was called Hothead.
