I scored this YO on ebay a month ago. Had most of the parts from a previous build that was
a bit small for me. There will be slight revisions, (pedals, another ringle bottle cage) but overall
it's turned out nicer than I expected. The M900 is sweet and Machine Tech hubs are oddly quiet.

What is the measurement of the seat tube c to t?

I think you need to redo the cable routing in the rear. I think the top goes to the rear brake, the middle goes to the rear derailleur and the bottom is for the front derailleur.
