Yeti A.R.C as 1994/1995

Hey all,

I bought this Yeti A.R.C. as frameset a year ago and I still haven’t find the time and money to build it. So I think it’s time to part with it. I know I’m going to hate myself for this but I need the money for another build.

Incomplete but with a lot of nice parts. If you already have some nice wheels this could be build in a day to a nice complete. I posted it up last year and they said it was probably a 1994/1995 frame. Size is a 17,5 I believe.

Parts:
3DV Grafton cranks Mark 1 or 2
3DV Chris King headset
3DV ringle zooka stem, bottle cage and moby seatpost
M910 rear mech, m900 front mech and set of shifter brake levers and a rear brake
Answer hyperlite bars
Manitou 4 fork

Frame is in very good condition some small marks, one really small dent on toptube at the right, no cracks. Paint still really pops.

I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me with pricing. The yeti’s that sold on the forum went for a lot of different prices and I couldn’t find one that really resembles mine. So would really appreciate a realistic pricing. I would like to sell it as a complete frameset as the frame will likely be build with a lot of the parts that are on it at the moment.

WOW!
I really would like that, have the perfect wheels to go with it..

Way out of my price range I think, easily £1000+

You WILL hate yourself if you sell it.

Re:

Amai Stef ;) :D !

That's a beauty indeed..!
In its current state and configuration that should easily fetch 1500 euros   .

Let me know when you actually decide to sell, because I'm interested. In what state are the forks (elastomers)?

And whereabout in Belgium are you, and your lovely ARC AS, located?

Good luck!

Re:

Id agree - that's a valuable bit of kit. Nice parts too, first impressions were - shame anodising isn't blue, but actually it all kind of works for a good period look.
I suppose you could sell frame, frame & fork, and trick purple kit separately at various price points, but I agree - certainly looking at nearly £1k for the lot one way or another, assuming no cracks or dents in the frame, and a good rear suspension action and linkage. Lovely bikes that ere of Yeti, I'd love a hard tail in those colours. I was in Durango in the early '90s and that was one manufacturer I really should have paid a visit - Yeti a personal favourite of mine along with Manitou and Klein bikes from the same era.
