XTR V brake climb bolt wanted

Hi all,

As the title suggests, I’m after a bolt for the clamp for an XTR v brake. This looks to be a unique part by Shimano.

I’d also be interested if anyone knows of a potential online stockist?

This is the bolt. The head has sheered off, however, the Allen head socket is deeper than the depth of the head, so I was able to get it out easily.

I have a vague memory that you can use a chainring bolt as a replacement for these? If it's part 3 on the diagram here https://si.shimano.com/pdfs/ev/EV-BL-M950-1626.pdf then it's just an M8 x 16mm, so it sounds about right.

You can use the longer chain ring bolts. Some are too long, some are just right.

Thanks all. I have a chainring bolt in the spares box which seems to be the correct length.
