I bought this off the bay and it isn't in quite good enough nick cosmetically for me so I thought someone else might want it. Medium cage. I paid £21.50 plus postage (probably got done) so would take £20 plus postage. An amazing £1.50 saving! If this is unreasonable PM with your offer! Not XTR jockey wheels apparently, although they are Shimano.
