nice condition, few marks and a small area where the surface is coroding, are these magnesium?

31.8mm dia and i think bottom pull, i have never used it as was to small for all my frames,

Is it an M960 rather than M969? (I don't think there ever was an M969 front mech). I believe M960 was also a dual pull model so it should do both top and bottom pull.
