I recently bought this crankset here, but just having an offer accepted on a house this week means I'm now both clearing out the garage and scraping together money from all angles... so this one is up for sale (at less than I paid for it) before I've managed to fit it!
So it's a Shimano XTR FC-M970 - one of the lightest cranksets around, 688g on my digital scales (excluding the non-drive end bolt, so add a few grams for that!). The cranks are 170mm in length and the rings are 22-32-44.
Condition-wise, the cranks have been well used and have some scuffs and scratches, as you can see from the photos. The M970 XTR chainrings are newer, and while they are of course used, I think the teeth are in decent condition there is a lot of life left in them. I have a feeling that the chainring bolts aren't the original ones but they are matching black and are lightweight alloy bolts. The bolt for the non-drive side is not pictured but I'll provide a brand new replacement.
The price is £70 posted - NOW SOLD
