To be fair, it does say that it is in "Prefect working order." It will probably be delivered packaged in an old blazer.

Yeah it's ridiculous! Looks bloody crazy and merits being mentioned! I also see the seller is a bike shop
But it'll function alright on a bike - the cage is swung round like that cos the limit stop is missing leaving that little vacant hole near the top pulley
The bike chain will stop it swinging back anywhere near that stop unless you run a 22t front sprocket...
So yeah it is in 'working order' but with a significant defect...
