(I think it is but happy to be corrected)

Axle measures 131mm in length.

Bearings feel ok but not perfect. Rubber centre bit is a little deformed but ok once fitted.

I’d say it’s O-H, 1990, H-O doesn’t exist according to the attached anyway..
XT730 is probably right..

I remember h was 83, pitty i didn't realise it was upside down!

Don't m730 chainsets take 122.5 ish.? All mine have over the years...useful if you have some ultra wide stays though.....
