One pair in excellent working condition albeit one of the centring screws is seized, but I’ve never had a problem with adjusting from one side. The other pair need a bit of work as the spring pressure is such that they are too slack when set on the middle spring hole, but don’t hit the rim at the correct angle at the upper spring hole, albeit with better spring tension( if you see what I mean!) I’ve read about this problem before and one solution was to remove the conical pad washers on the rim side and replace with a flat washer...the result was that the pad hit the rim at the correct angle and spring tension was ok - at the upper hole setting. Anyway I’ll include this pair for nowt as a spare set and if you can make it work then fine!
