Wow, that must be the shortest head tube I've ever seen. I make it about 6cm, seat tube c-t about 11" and top tube c20".

This isn't just a child's bike, it's a small child's bike - I made my son a much bigger bike than that, with an adult's size 15 frame, when he was 9.
