Xmas ,,FAT GRELLO 91,,,,,,might start this

Got this just before xmas 91 i think, all original paint little bit of chain suck only on the paint no damage to frame but mostly all very nice too good to get repainted
Have fitted a NOS 2nt ck headset black and a black syncros post and xt front mech
next is mint black topline crank and then i will make a decission on rest of build

oooo, beautiful condition paint, and with that fork i would like to see the rest of the components black too

Yes the paint is nice condition and original paint on the fork purchased like this by the original owner

Parts wise i am going to go for an all black and maybe nuke proof carbon hubs only thing holding me up is a stem but things turn up

Look at that geometry, lovely long stable top tube, massive tyre clearance. Reckon this should be more of a rider with black parts. You already have the show pony 10th. Fit it with fat ass 2.5” rubber and hammer it as intended

Exactly, amazing to ride. Lots of people build incredible retro rigs and we never hear about ‘the ride’. What stands out, what lets the ride down etc. Its THE most important thing. If it doesnt have telepathic handling and make you feel safe in ‘unexpected hairy situations’, leaving you constantly thinking about it after you walk away, one more glance over the shoulder....its not special enough.
