WTD: Weird dims - 38.2 dia - Seat post clamp, Front Mech & 34.9 Seat post !

Decent quality and decent priced 38.2 dia bits required (yes 38.2 !):

• 38.2 seat post clamp either q/r or fixed
• 38.2. Front Mech - XT/X9 etc..
• 34.9 Seat post - branded alloy or carbon better !
