WTD: Singlespeed Frame M/L

Hi,
I would like to start another more modern one gear project. Probably with suspension forks and even discs... Will see.

But here I am for a frame:

- singlespeed ready (track or variable ends), maybe ebb
- 26"
- around 23" TT
- around 80mm-100mm sus

I would consider swaping in my new Trickstuff C21 brakes (sale here:http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=404586 ).
