WTD: silver bars, stem and seatpost (30.9 x 350)

I am after some silver riser bars for my `96 stumpy so i can get it to how i would like it.

So, i need:

Silver riser bars, preferrably at least 660mm wide and a nice kick back.
Silver stem to suit, no more than 90mm, preferrably shorter.
Silver seatpost, 30.9 x 350mm.

Not too fussed about condition to be fair but price is important.
