WTD - Retro Lo-Pro TT Frameset or Complete Bike

I'm after a 80-90's steel lo-pro with 650C Forks.
Want 531 or Columbus Steel
Will consider framest or complete.
Doesn't have to be a minter but equally, don't want a rusty frame - my "good condition" would do !!
Size - upto a 53 seat tube max.
