WTD pedals and stem

Hi I need a pair of spd pedals, single sided (520 Shimano? )
flat one side and clip in the other, plus a 80/90 mm quill stem , 26mm bars.

think I may have the pedals sorted, is the stem 26.4 ( old Cinelli ) or newer 26 ? thanks!
