WTD Modern flat bar roadie bits.

I'm building up my first modern flat bar road bike and need some bits:


700c wheels, for a Shimano 9spd cassette which I have.
or
The same as the other that I have in spares, AlexRims AT460 rim (black), Shimano HB-4400 Tiagra hub.

Brake levers, such as BL-R550, to match my SL-R440 shifters (silver).

Brakes, modern dual pivot type.
or
1x Front Promax RC459 (black) to match what's in spares.
