WTD: Koga Miyata or similar touring bike

I am looking for 2 touring bikes. One for him and one for her.

Very interested in Reynolds frames however aluminium in the form of a Koga would also be considered.

Both bikes need to be capable of a reasonable payload and multi terrain.
