WTD front wheel spacers/adaptors Qr or 20mm el gallo

Hi i am looking for some front wheel adaptors for a el gallo wheel Qr or 20mm
I am told that Dmr nukeproof and el gallo are the same so any of these should do.

I am also on the look out for some brake hose as the hose on my hopes are to short for my frame i measured the hose and its the black 5mm type not the grey 6mm.
