WTD Cheapish Lightish Bars and quill stem *SORTED*

Tentative one this... I'm looking for a set of flat bars and a 1 1/8" quill stem.

Cheap as possible really. Not looking for perfect condition, just usable and better than the crappy rusting Steel stuff I've got atm.

Marin branded would be cool as it's going on a 91 palisades frame, but not that important.

Thanks for your replies guys... I'm tempted by the zoom stem and kore light but think I could do with a bit wider... how much for just the stem?
