WTD: Canti cable hanger / Marzocchi canti hanger

I have a Marzocchi fork which is missing the canti hanger. I was going to make one up but thought i'd check here if anyone has one.

If not, then how about one of those canti hangers that fit on the steerer tube. after one in 1.1/8"size.
