I had the same problem with my Campag adjuster. They're a small fortune to buy individually. I almost bought a new set of calipers which worked out cheaper - but in the end I had an set of non-Campag adjusters which I filed down into the D shape do they fit the hole. They're not Campag, but it works a treat.
