I can supply the 9 speed bits. M770 shifter (removable window), SLX rear mech (medium cage) and an HG50 cassette (11-34t). All bought new and used on a build for approx 25 miles then removed so all minty with packaging. Cost me about £75 in total, can post to you for £50.

I've got a 26.8 Thompson post in black, a set of hope mono minis also in black that I recently bought but my plans have changed, plus a number of 9 speed cassette options.

Deore 596 brakes, (front & rear ~ no discs or adaptors) in vgc, £60 posted.
952 XTR rear mech in vgc, £25 posted. .............. piccs can be done if any interest
