WTD 51cm road bike or just frame

desperately seeking a small enough frame... definitely can't afford above £300 and unlikely to pay that much unless its really special! I'm going to want to tour with it so has to be able to take a rack and gears..

Again won't take a rack but it is your size and price. In my opinion worth the money for a Campag ergo equipped Concorde.
