WTD; 29er front disc wheel & 29er p2's

I have a mate who wants to have a bash at converting his single speed into a 69er. He needs a disc compatible 29er front wheel in good nick & a pair of 29er p2's. He's not sure how he will get on with it so he's not wanting to spend a fortune!!!!
