Wtd: 28.6mm Top Pull Derailleur

Hi, Does anyone have a 28.6mm top-pull top-swing front derailleur they no longer need?

I was forced to retire an oversized Fuji 31.8mm alu frame for a 28.6mm Massi steel frame and I need a front derailleur to complete the build.

It's for a polished retro Massi Overspeed frame rebuild intended for commuting. Any condition considered.
