As the title im after a steel frame that has a disc mount with forks to if poss in 17" or 52cm as I want to fit 700c internal gear hubs with disc brakes for a commute bike with mudguards and a rack. if you have a Planet x kaffenback some like that that would be perfect but willing to try anything as long as its cheap as im very skint with little work on and trying to fully set up hand crafted wheels.
