ok, I'm on the last stage of my proflex xp-8 disc brake conversion so will need to fit tyres onto my rims.
The bike 1996 model had rim brakes and LX wheelset - really light and the then new fangled WTB Velociraptors - think they are the keval beaded version.
Although a fair years old, they have not had that much usage (at least that is how I remember them), maybe less than 1/2 worn not sure.
Anyways, the point is that there are peeps looking to kit out their bikes with period stuff and these may be of interest.
Not looking to make any profit on these but putting feelers out to see if there is any interest. I can ofcourse put them on my bike but I am not one of the true bred retro bikers that is bothered about period stuff (else wouldn't be converted to disc brakes) so can fit any old tyre - I have a collected a few over the last year.
Obviously will take a closer look as to their condition and take photos.
