WTB Road frame/bike with canti bosses

Folks,
a little out of my depth here, I'm usually playing with 26" wheels

I'm looking to buy either a restored complete road bike or frame with canti bosses - is there such a thing?

Tubing not important, however would prefer something lighter than 'gas pipe'.

Sizing would be in the 23" centre BB to top of seat tube range, 22" centre seat post - centre stem.

I have a Marin hybrid frame (not sure on size) that I have stripped back to bare alloy. Has a few minor dents in it but will build up into something nice. £30 posted.
