Yes that looks beyond saving to me. It's a shame as on first glance it looks to be in pretty good condition.

This is why a drain hole in the bb shell is ever so important in the uk. Something a lot of manufacturers forget, not to much an issue on ali frames, except killing bbs but on a steel frame.....
