Happened to me plenty times. I would contact Ebay and contact the other seller. Could hurt your sale.

I agree, it is a bit annoying, however we all copy things from the internet from time to time and use it to our own advantage, at least he hasn't used your pictures as well, and you stand to get more cash than him, so where it counts, you are a winner.

jist discovered it can be reported, so i have.

i put time and effort into making my descriptions correct, and a lot of effort into the title too.
