worst designed bike ever?

By this I don't mean worst implemented,such as the kirk but a bike where the designers really should have known better!

I gotta agree that these designs can only explain 1 or 2 things which to me means the designers were either on drugs when they sketched these out or drunk at the time :facepalm: ..
