not a lot unfortunately.
cruiser wheels are with longun for some fettling, khs is ready to be reverted back to singlespeed

As I can only think back a couple of days this week has included stripping the mrs 95 hahanna at 8pm 5/5/10 and nearly breaking my hand when the bottom bracket tool slipped . With a numb arm I screwed the tool to the bottom bracket and did it properly .

At work I've had the laborious task of servicing the 9 out of 30 bikes the Territorial Army has , 18 hayes9 discs , all spongy :x

Had a cheap bmx in needing a 14t freewheel that we have had on order for a few weeks now , phoned to see what the score was and the supplier hasn't any in stock and doesn't know when they will ; Cheers for letting us know :x

Other than that just the same old .

Anti

Because i'm a "anti" sort of guy I have deanodised my Rock Lobster and i'm thinking of entering it in BoTM Ano Special .

So off has come the Ringlayyyyyy Zooka / Moby , red 517's , Hope XC's , X-lite risers , Salsa seat collar , stem stackers (sounds like a pair of shoes according to my wifey  )and the good ol' Flite Gel in yeller ! Oh and all the ano red bolts too

On has gone Easton EA70 bars , stem and post (period buys) , Mavic crossrides , silver seat collar Ti bolts in nude finish etc .

I'm not going to put a pic up as it looks shit now !  So don't even go there .

My workshop is the old washhouse , so it has a radiator to keep me warm and more importantly it's situated right next to the kitchen so the kettles arse can be warmed up with little inconvenience .

Oh and yesterday the wifey made rhubarb crumble , so i had a "rather large portion"

mmmmm crumble :D 8) :D

messing around with steerers and pace forks in an attempt to
fit them to one of my a-stars

might build up my cannondale sv carbon later
or might cut the grass as i promised wifey i'd do

At the moment I'm sorting out my Titus Switchblade- got the new bearings fitted, decals applied, was rebuilding the horst link, happily tightening the top shock bolt when it snapped in half............ :x
New Ti one purchased, proper bolt with only a quarter or so of it threaded.........need to clear out the holes in the frame now to get it in- the old fully threaded bugger screwed in and tapped itself into the new powder coat, but the unthreaded bit of the new bolt won't clear through. I had to scrape off some of the powder coat too to get the shock bushes in- it was reassuringly hard to do, so its a nice tough finish.
I might actually get to ride the thing sometime in the near future!

This week I have been piecing together a McMahon FS. Seller said it was a 95, but I don't know. The frame is a Horst link 4 bar like Specialized(before Specialized did a 4 bar).

Something rather odd is that the rear brake mounts don't have little spring holes, so mounting v brakes is useless. I ran the bike over to my LBS, and sure enough he had one set of NOS Onza H.O. cantis that mount without the holes. But the frame has no canti hanger on the strut. I will find out today if we can mock up a canti hanger or if I should drill holes, or fab a disk mount.

How about one of these tektro rbp brakes . doesn't use the holes , the black part just kinda presses against the mount , to adjust it you loosen the bolt , move the spring then tighten and pop the spring back behind the arm . Incredibly simple .
