good lord,that crown is a bit mashed to say the least,doesnt look like all the elastomers are in due to the lack of stanction showing

Isn't it more worrying that you can see stantion under the brace clamps - looks as if the top of the lower legs has separated totally!

Going out on a limb here, but I'd say might need a service

Guess you could bond the lower legs back into the fork brace – if you were feeling brave – but it'd only be for a garage queen.

Might be able to salvage some bits from it, but the missing steerer suggests it's been asset-stripped already.
