Work Stands

Can anyone recommend a particular work stand. I've got fed up of fixing stuff upside down on a bit of cardboard (its marking my shifters  ) There are loads about and some cost a fortune- some look decidedly crap too!
I want something sturdy that will last and being a Yorkshireman i want to spend about a tenner. What should I be looking for and how much should I be paying? I'm not bothered about blingy stuff just good old fashioned workaday usability.

Cheers
Si

Park Tools here too, blue and folding works for me.

I'm happy I got the model with all QR fittings, I use the adjustable features a lot. Cost me quite a bit more than 30 though.

This Pedros one works fine by me, simple clamp, small storage.

i've got the pedro's one at home, good as gold but i still prefer the one at work that is bolted to the wall, no movement at all, it's a park arm that uses big f*ck off bolts to go into the wall but you need a good wall!

love park, usually the way forward!
