Lake and Sidi both make winter cycling shoes, the Lakes cost about $175 US over here in California, and the Sidi's cost about $335.

they are winter boots not just overshoes .

I have a pair of Sidi , bought second hand for £30 and they are good .

newer model are goretex and 100% waterproof . when you commute everyday it is essential to have right winter gear .

I used overshoes once and never again - they just get shredded. what's wrong with goretex socks?
