Williams 3 bolt chain ring, 46t or smaller

I need a Williams Chain Ring, 46 teeth or smaller, for their 3 bolt cottered cranks. Bolt to bolt measurement is 77mm. Needs to be for 3/32nd chain not 1/8th. Hopefully with good chrome and little wear.
